Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Location: Winchester

Role and Responsibilities

  • Developing and building high performing teams
  • Autonomy for project delivery of all project stages
  • Developing and managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Identifying strategies and solutions that deliver successful outcomes for our clients
  • Identifying opportunities to innovate our services, through technology or processes
  • Raising Ridge’s profile and brand within the construction industry and region through service excellence and networking
  • Providing quality deliverables either personally or through team management
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities to our colleagues, clients and delivery partners

Experience and Skills Required

  • Ideally chartered, progressing to, or considering chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB, 
  • Significant experience in a construction, design and build project management role
  • Significant construction consultancy project management experience or experience of working with construction consultants
  • The ability to lead projects and develop long-lasting client relationships, with autonomy
  • The ability to set up and drive new projects from inception, including the early stages strategizing and team building, to on-site delivery, completion and handover
  • Exceptional communication and reporting, incorporating the use of MS Office, MS Project and/or alternative scheduling software   

Your personal attributes are:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Abile to articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams.
  • You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams to complete projects successfully.
