    • You’ll have a buddy to support you with the day-to-day aspects of working at Ridge, someone who has trodden the same path and you’ll feel comfortable talking to about the little things!

Once you’ve completed your two-year programme, you’ll continue your development journey in your chosen discipline team, where you will be promoted from the programme to the next step in the pathway and progress along the career path for that area.
