Ridge and Partners LLP

Digital Engineering/BIM Graduate

Overview

Location:  Winchester

We are currently looking for a Graduate to join our Digital Engineering (BIM) team as part of our Evolve Graduate Programme at our Winchester office commencing in October 2024.  Our Evolve Graduate Programme will kickstart your career in your chosen field, supporting your all-round development through a two-year structured programme before you progress along your chosen career pathway.

As a multidisciplinary business we have some unique and exciting challenges to overcome on our digital roadmap, and in many ways are uniquely positioned to create a truly cross discipline digitised workflow. If the idea of proving just how far the BIM journey can go in unlocking value for the construction sector and our clients, this role might be for you!

The Digital Engineering Group play a key part in administering standards, making new technology recommendations, and contributing to pioneering pilot projects such as our Digital Twin, Building Safety Digitalisation, or Digital FM programmes.  Working alongside our Digital Engineers and multi-disciplinary consultant teams of 1100+ employees across 11 UK offices, you will have access to the full spectrum of building consultancy professionals and specialist services which allow us to collaborate and develop innovative new service streams. You will be keen to specialise in digitalisation of the industry and adoption of process technologies underpinned by BIM and will play a key part in the continued growth of this service with occasional travel across the UK for meetings or industry events.

Our graduate roles are real, genuine roles in our teams – you will play an important part in providing exceptional service to our clients and be exposed to a lot more client activity than you may be at the bigger consultancies. We want you to take pride in your work and feel valued for your contribution, so you can expect to be getting involved as soon as you are ready to do so.

    • You’ll become part of our Future Talent Community, connecting everyone on our programmes into a safe, supportive and enjoyable space. You’ll have opportunities to formally network with each other, as well as building your own connections on a personal level.
    • You’ll have a buddy to support you with the day-to-day aspects of working at Ridge, someone who has trodden the same path and you’ll feel comfortable talking to about the little things!

Once you’ve completed your two-year programme, you’ll continue your development journey in your chosen discipline team, where you will be promoted from the programme to the next step in the pathway and progress along the career path for that area.
