Location: Bristol   It’s an exciting time for the Ridge brand and we are looking for someone who will bring fresh ideas and creative flair to this fast-paced in-house role. We are looking for a Mid-weight Designer, who will be responsible for executing day-to-day design tasks, including creating visual concepts, producing design assets, and collaborating with our friendly and creative team. You will work closely with the senior designers to learn and develop design skills, whilst also having the opportunity to work on your own on larger projects, learning how to take and challenge a brief independently.   You’ll help bring ideas to life – unravel briefs, develop ideas and concepts, and take them through to final execution. As Mid-Weight Designer you’ll work on integrated campaigns and projects including traditional media and print, social media, motion graphics and brand identity/guardianship.   We’d love to speak to existing Mid-weight Designers, Junior Designers who are ready for their next step and anyone who is a Creative Designer with experience of the Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Premiere and After Effects.   This is a full-time role for a Mid-weight Designer at Ridge, located in central Bristol with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be turning project case studies into stories and supporting the creation of other internal marketing copy.   This role will be based out of either our Bristol, Birmingham or Oxford offices, with the option to work from home two or three days a week. Location: Manchester   We are recruiting a management grade (Associate or above, dependent on experience) level BIM Manager to join our award-winning Digital Engineering team and deliver some of the UK’s most exciting construction projects. We are working with high-profile clients in sectors ranging from defence, manufacturing, healthcare, residential, cultural, education, and motorsport (Formula 1) with construction values anywhere from £5M to £4BN. The team provide a range of services in the BIM and digital engineering space both direct to client organisations, external consultant teams, contractors, as well as to our own Ridge multi-disciplinary projects.   Typical roles of the discipline include Information Management, BIM Coordination, as well as bespoke BIM consultancy services. Location: London, Leeds, Bristol, Winchester, Oxford and Manchester   This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated building physics engineer to join at an early stage of a growing Building Physics team, to work on some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in the UK across a broad type of sectors including commercial; education; residential; industrial; logistic; automotive and healthcare.   You will be an experienced Building Physics Engineer, with a strong understanding of thermal modelling. You will ideally come from a Building Services engineering, architectural or sustainability background and have a strong holistic understanding of the built environment. You will ideally be a competent and experienced accredited EPC assessor.
