Location: Winchester   This is an opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary team of Project  Managers, Building Surveyors, Services Engineers and Sustainability Engineers to deliver Domestic (and some non-domestic) Retrofit services to assist our clients to deliver their net zero carbon business objectives for their existing stock.   The Retrofit Coordinators role is primarily designed to identify, assess, and manage the technical and process risks commonly associated with domestic retrofit projects and is one of the key roles in the delivery of the PAS 2035:2019 process.
Location: Winchester/South   Overview    Our Property Consultancy team provide strategic advice and guide clients through a full spectrum of property consultancy, housing asset management and compliance related activities. We have an opportunity for a Survey Manager to join our team.  The role would particularly suit an individual from a residential surveying background, with experience of project managing large scale stock condition surveys.  We would however consider other project management experience that would have interchangeable skills that could be applied to our requirements i.e. not necessarily being residential surveying related.   Knowledge of mobile electronic data capture systems would be beneficial.   This role will offer you challenges and the opportunity to develop and progress in a growing and extremely dynamic sector. Location: Winchester   We have a requirement for a Structural Forensic Engineer to join our experienced Structural Engineering team. Our projects range from the testing and assessment of high-rise buildings to smaller domestic inspections.   Our current workload consists of: - Disproportionate collapse assessments against internal gas explosions, including Large Panel System buildings. - Material testing and condition assessment of high-rise blocks for the new Building Safety Bill. - Domestic structural inspections (i.e. subsidence and construction defects). - Load assessments and refurbishments. - Railway bridge inspections.
